Factory and warehouse roofs
On large flat roofs over profiled steel EPDM works especially well: wide sheets and fixing with no holes in the membrane.
No holes in the membrane
On profiled steel the membrane is held by RubberGard RMA fastening strips. The strips are fixed down in lines and the membrane is bonded to their tape from above, so no fixing goes through the membrane.
Wide sheets, fewer seams
RubberGard sheets are up to 15.25 m wide and 30.5 m long. On a big roof that means far fewer seams than with narrow rolls.
Wind load calculation
The number of fastener lines and their spacing come from a wind load calculation for your building. We do not guess them.
Fire
Reaction to fire of the membrane: class E. Roof systems with RubberGard reach BROOF classes in tested build-ups; we confirm the class for your exact roof.
Walkways and ballast
Walkway pads go where maintenance staff walk. Where the structure can carry the weight and the slope is 10% or less, a ballasted roof is also possible. All options: roof systems.
