Modular building roofs
On modular homes the roof can be built in the factory. Elevate has a dedicated solution for this.
In the factory and on site
Roof modules are finished with EPDM in the factory, and on site the joints between modules are closed with QuickSeam tape – quickly and without flame.
Adhesive for timber decks
On plywood or OSB the membrane is bonded with the water-based Modular WB Adhesive. The wet-mating method is used indoors only, for example in the factory hall; the contact method above 5 °C. The adhesive must not freeze.
Sizes to suit the module
Sheets come from 2.28 to 15.25 m wide, so the width can be matched to the module. The 1.1 mm membrane weighs about 1.35 kg/m².
